Nanny's Southern Pecan Pie

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup pecan halves
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 frozen pie crusts
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 combine eggs, corn syrup, vanilla, sugar, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- 3 arrange pecans evenly in the bottom of the pie crust.
- 4 pour egg mixture over pecans in the shell.
- 5 bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until puffy and crust is golden brown.
