Nanny's Southern Pecan Pie

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 1 cup pecan halves
• 1 cup light corn syrup
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 pinch salt
• 2 frozen pie crusts

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• 2 combine eggs, corn syrup, vanilla, sugar, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
• 3 arrange pecans evenly in the bottom of the pie crust.
• 4 pour egg mixture over pecans in the shell.
• 5 bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until puffy and crust is golden brown.
