Lower Fat Peach Pie

Ingredients

- 1 pie crust
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/3 cup splenda sugar substitute
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 -4 cups sliced peaches
Recipe
- 1 preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
- 2 if needed, put your pie crust into a pie plate.
- 3 fill your pie crust with sliced peaches.
- 4 whip the egg in a bowl.
- 5 add the flour and sugar.
- 6 this will appear thick.
- 7 let it sit for a minute or 2.
- 8 pour it over the peaches.
- 9 it will not completely cover the peaches.
- 10 bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
- 11 then turn down the heat to 300 degrees and bake for 50 more minutes.
- 12 if needed, shield the crust with foil in the last 15 or so minutes.
- 13 serve warm or cold.
