Lower Fat Peach Pie

Total Time: 1 hr 25 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 pie crust
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/3 cup splenda sugar substitute
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 3 -4 cups sliced peaches

Recipe

  • 1 preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
  • 2 if needed, put your pie crust into a pie plate.
  • 3 fill your pie crust with sliced peaches.
  • 4 whip the egg in a bowl.
  • 5 add the flour and sugar.
  • 6 this will appear thick.
  • 7 let it sit for a minute or 2.
  • 8 pour it over the peaches.
  • 9 it will not completely cover the peaches.
  • 10 bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
  • 11 then turn down the heat to 300 degrees and bake for 50 more minutes.
  • 12 if needed, shield the crust with foil in the last 15 or so minutes.
