- 3 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
Recipe
- 1 mix dry ingredients and make a well. mix liquid and pour into dry ingredients.
- 2 mix together ( don't have to knead ) one floured surface roll out very thinly.
- 3 put some flour on the top and roll up like a cigar. cut on a diagonal.
- 4 drop into boiling water, when the noodles rise to the surface they are done.
