Ingredients

- 13 ounces evaporated milk, chilled
- 3 lemons, juice of
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
Recipe
- 1 in the bowl of an electric mixer beat the milk for several minutes.
- 2 add the lemon juice and beat until very thick.
- 3 add the sugar and beat until the sugar is dissolved.
- 4 line a 10" pie pan with the graham cracker crumbs.
- 5 pour the milk mixture into the pie pan and freeze.
