Frozen Lemon Pie

Total Time: 3 hrs 30 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 13 ounces evaporated milk, chilled
  • 3 lemons, juice of
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

Recipe

  • 1 in the bowl of an electric mixer beat the milk for several minutes.
  • 2 add the lemon juice and beat until very thick.
  • 3 add the sugar and beat until the sugar is dissolved.
  • 4 line a 10" pie pan with the graham cracker crumbs.
  • 5 pour the milk mixture into the pie pan and freeze.
