- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest, grated
Recipe
- 1 dissolve cornstarch in cool water.
- 2 add the honey, butter and lemon zest. cook over low heat.
- 3 beat until a smooth sauce is formed.
