- 2 cups canned chick-peas
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Recipe

- 2 2. refrigerate for a couple hours to let the flavors blend, but really is great right from the get-go.
