Ingredients
- 4 egg yolks
- 6 cups milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup almonds
- (you decide how much)
Recipe
- 1 place almonds in saucepan and cover with water.
- 2 heat to a boil until you can peel the skin off the almonds.
- 3 peel all the almonds.
- 4 place the peeled almonds in a blender with 1/3 cup milk. blend well.
- 5 in saucepan, heat the remaining milk with the sugar and the blended almonds.
- 6 stir constantly with a wooden spoon until starts to foam slightly.
- 7 remove from heat.
- 8 beat the egg yolks with the , and carefully add them little by little, stirring all the while, into the milk mixture. blend well.
- 9 let cool and store in a glass bottle.
