Ingredients
- 2 1/2 quarts red currants
- 1 1/2 lbs raisins
- 4 large oranges
- sugar
Recipe
- 1 chop currants.
- 2 grind raisins and oranges (with peel) and add to currants.
- 3 weigh fruit and add an equal weight of sugar.
- 4 cook until thick, stirring frequently to prevent scorching.
- 5 fill jars and seal.
