Roman Soldier Casserole

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 4 ounces macaroni
  • 8 ounces sweet italian sausage
  • 8 ounces hamburger
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 8 ounces frozen vegetables
  • 1 (7 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
  • 10 1/2 ounces cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 teaspoon all purpose greek seasoning
  • 1/2 cup fresh parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 boil water and cook macaroni.
  • 2 sautee sausage, hamburger, and onion until cooked.
  • 3 add frozen vegetables, mushrooms, soup, and milk (i just fill the soup can up half way), and greek seasoning.
  • 4 mix thoroughly and warm over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  • 5 transfer to a casserole dish.
  • 6 top with parmesean cheese and bake in a 350°f deg. oven for 30 minutes.
