Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 5 medium potatoes, quartered
- 3 medium onions, quartered
- 4 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 1/2 cups turnips, peeled & cut into 1 inch cubes
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 garlic cloves, minced (or 1/2 tsp garlic powder)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 place first 4 ingredients in a large greased roaster or foil pan.
- 2 melt butter in small saucepan on low. stir in remaining 8 ingredients.
- 3 drizzle over vegetable mixture. toss until well coated. cover with lid or foil. preheat gas barbecue. place roaster on grill & reduce burner to medium-low. close lid of barbecue and cook about 30 to 45 minutes, shaking roaster occasionally, until heated through.
