- 4 roma tomatoes, roasted
- 2 garlic cloves, roasted
- 3 serrano peppers, roasted
- 1/4 cup yellow onion
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 roast the tomatoes over a flame or under a broiler until they are blistered and charred.
- 2 pulse all ingredients except the onions and cilantro into a chunky sauce.
- 3 mix in onion and cilantro.
- 4 salt and pepper to taste.
