Ingredients
- 6 roasted red peppers, seeded and cut in strips
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 6 anchovy fillets, minced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
Recipe
- 1 place peppers in serving bowl.
- 2 in a small bowl combine all other ingredients. stir until combined. pour over peppers.
