Roasted Red Peppers With Anchovy Spiked Olive Oil

Ingredients

  • 6 roasted red peppers, seeded and cut in strips
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 6 anchovy fillets, minced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup flat leaf parsley, finely chopped

Recipe

  • 1 place peppers in serving bowl.
  • 2 in a small bowl combine all other ingredients. stir until combined. pour over peppers.
