Peach Schnapps Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 2 ripe peaches, peeled and diced
• 2 tablespoons peach schnapps
• 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
• 1/2 cup sugar

Recipe

• 1 combine peaches and schnapps, mashing a bit. set aside.
• 2 cook 1/2 cup cream and sugar over low heat until the sugar is melted. remove from heat and pour over peaches along with the remaining cream. refrigerate until well chilled.
• 3 freeze in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer.
