Peach Ice

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup warm water (120 degrees to 130)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 small peach, peeled, cut into chunks
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 in a small bowl, combine water and sugar until sugar is dissolved.
- 2 place the peach, lemon juice and sugar mixture into a blender and process for 1 minute or until blended.
- 3 cover and freeze for 3 hours or until almost firm.
- 4 transfer to a blender and process again for 30-40 seconds or until slushy.
- 5 cover and freeze over night.
- 6 remove from freezer just before serving.
- 7 using a fork, scrape into 2 dessert dishes.
