Peach Ice

Total Time: 24 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 24 hrs

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup warm water (120 degrees to 130)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 small peach, peeled, cut into chunks
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

Recipe

  • 1 in a small bowl, combine water and sugar until sugar is dissolved.
  • 2 place the peach, lemon juice and sugar mixture into a blender and process for 1 minute or until blended.
  • 3 cover and freeze for 3 hours or until almost firm.
  • 4 transfer to a blender and process again for 30-40 seconds or until slushy.
  • 5 cover and freeze over night.
  • 6 remove from freezer just before serving.
  • 7 using a fork, scrape into 2 dessert dishes.
