Homemade Eggnog

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons rum or 2 tablespoons rye whiskey or 2 tablespoons brandy
  • 3 cups milk or 3 cups cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup sugar or 1/4 cup honey
  • nutmeg

Recipe

  • 1 combine eggs, milk, sugar, rum and vanilla in blender or food processor. blend until thoroughly mixed.
  • 2 serve in a chilled glass, topped with a dash of nutmeg.
