One More Pan Pizza Dough

Total Time: 2 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 2 hrs Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 cups warm water
  • 4 teaspoons gluten
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

Recipe

  • 1 in a bowl place water, yeast, gluten and stir.
  • 2 put in olive oil.
  • 3 mix in flour and salt.
  • 4 place on floured surface and knead 6 minutes or until the dough is soft and elastic.
  • 5 place in bowl and spray with oil and turn so all side are greased.
  • 6 cover and let double.
  • 7 punch down
  • 8 cut in 1/3's and place each 1/3 in 12" pizza pan and press into pan.
  • 9 put your favorite sauce and topping.
  • 10 bake at 425 until done.
