One More Pan Pizza Dough

Ingredients
- 1 2/3 cups warm water
- 4 teaspoons gluten
- 2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl place water, yeast, gluten and stir.
- 2 put in olive oil.
- 3 mix in flour and salt.
- 4 place on floured surface and knead 6 minutes or until the dough is soft and elastic.
- 5 place in bowl and spray with oil and turn so all side are greased.
- 6 cover and let double.
- 7 punch down
- 8 cut in 1/3's and place each 1/3 in 12" pizza pan and press into pan.
- 9 put your favorite sauce and topping.
- 10 bake at 425 until done.
