Fruited Yogurt

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 300 g mascarpone
  • 300 g thick greek yogurt
  • 6 tablespoons raspberry flavored syrup
  • 400 g mixed berries

Recipe

  • 1 whisk together mascarpone and yogurt.
  • 2 add 1 tblsp raspberry syrup.
  • 3 put 1/4 of this mixture in food processor with 1/2 the berries.
  • 4 add also 2 tblsp syrup.
  • 5 blitz to a rosy puree and fold through remaining yogurt mixture.
  • 6 create a marbled effect.
  • 7 chill.
  • 8 spoon mounds into little bowls.
  • 9 adorn with remaining syrup and berries if desired.
