Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 300 g mascarpone
- 300 g thick greek yogurt
- 6 tablespoons raspberry flavored syrup
- 400 g mixed berries
Recipe
- 1 whisk together mascarpone and yogurt.
- 2 add 1 tblsp raspberry syrup.
- 3 put 1/4 of this mixture in food processor with 1/2 the berries.
- 4 add also 2 tblsp syrup.
- 5 blitz to a rosy puree and fold through remaining yogurt mixture.
- 6 create a marbled effect.
- 7 chill.
- 8 spoon mounds into little bowls.
- 9 adorn with remaining syrup and berries if desired.
