Microwave Creme Caramel

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 600 ml milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 4 tablespoons water

Recipe

  • 1 caramel:microwave sugar and water on high for 6-8 minutes.
  • 2 pour equal amount of caramel into each mould and set aside.
  • 3 custard:beat together eggs and sugar.
  • 4 stir in milk.
  • 5 strain into moulds.
  • 6 microwave on medium 10-12 minutes.
  • 7 allow to stand for 10 minutes.
  • 8 turn out when cold.
