Ingredients

- 600 ml milk
- 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 4 tablespoons water
Recipe
- 1 caramel:microwave sugar and water on high for 6-8 minutes.
- 2 pour equal amount of caramel into each mould and set aside.
- 3 custard:beat together eggs and sugar.
- 4 stir in milk.
- 5 strain into moulds.
- 6 microwave on medium 10-12 minutes.
- 7 allow to stand for 10 minutes.
- 8 turn out when cold.
