Italian Style Cauliflower

Ingredients
- Servings: 3
- 8 ounces cauliflower florets
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
- salt and black pepper
- 2 tablespoons pine nuts or 2 tablespoons slivered almonds (optional)
Recipe
- 1 steam the cauliflower for 5 to 7 minutes until crisp-tender.
- 2 if using the nuts, lightly saute in a small amount of oil.
- 3 blend or shake the remaining ingredients and pour over warm cauliflower.
- 4 toss to coat.
- 5 top with toasted nuts.
