Honey Dijon Glazed Summer Sausage

- 1 (12 ounce) package johnsonville original summer sausage
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 325°f.
- 2 cut summer sausage into 1/8-inch thick slices, cutting only about three-quarters of the way through the summer sausage.
- 3 for the glaze, in a bowl, combine the honey, mustard and brown sugar.
