Honey Dijon Glazed Summer Sausage

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 (12 ounce) package johnsonville original summer sausage
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup dijon mustard
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 325°f.
  • 2 cut summer sausage into 1/8-inch thick slices, cutting only about three-quarters of the way through the summer sausage.
  • 3 for the glaze, in a bowl, combine the honey, mustard and brown sugar.
