• 8 lemons
• 150 g sugar
• 250 ml water
• 500 ml water

Recipe

• 1 zest and juice the lemons.
• 2 add lemon zest to sugar and 250 ml water cook 5 minutes.
• 3 strain add juice of lemons and rest of water; put in freezer for 1 hour.
• 4 stir; add to glass with ice.
