- 8 lemons
- 150 g sugar
- 250 ml water
- 500 ml water
Recipe
- 1 zest and juice the lemons.
- 2 add lemon zest to sugar and 250 ml water cook 5 minutes.
- 3 strain add juice of lemons and rest of water; put in freezer for 1 hour.
- 4 stir; add to glass with ice.
