Garlic Cheese Logs

ingredients

  • servings: 2
  • 1 pound shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

    preparation time: 5 mins ready time: 2 hrs 5 mins

  • in a medium bowl, mix the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, pecans, mayonnaise, lemon juice and garlic. form into 2 or 3 logs. sprinkle each log with paprika. chill the logs until firm, about 2 hours.
  • slice each log into rounds as needed, and serve with crackers.
