Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons pesto sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for frying)
- cherry tomatoes, cut in half (optional)
Recipe
- 1 mix together the dry oats and water, microwave for 1.5 minutes.
- 2 swirl in pesto (and tomatoes if using).
- 3 fry an egg to desired runniness in olive oil.
- 4 top pesto oats with egg.
- 5 enjoy!
