- 1 pint strawberry
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
Recipe
- 1 hull the strawberries, cut them in half and put into a bowl. sprinkle with pepper, sugar and finely chopped mint. toss gently and let sit for 1 hour at room temperature. toss again after 1/2 hour.
- 2 serve sprinkled with a little mint on top. enjoy!
