Lettuce Raita

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup tender lettuce, very finely shredded
  • sea salt, to taste
  • 1 dash lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 red pepper, very finely chopped

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together.
  • 2 chill before serving.
