Homemade Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 6 eggs (well beaten)
- 3 3/4 cups sugar
- 2 1/4 tablespoons vanilla
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 quarts half-and-half
- 2 pints whipping cream
- 3 cups 2% low-fat milk (2%)
Recipe
- 1 combine sugar and eggs, adding one egg at a time beating well after each addition.
- 2 once eggs and sugar are mixed and have become very stiff, add remaining ingrediants and mix throughly.
- 3 pour into ice cream maker's freezer.
- 4 freeze as directed.
