Ingredients
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, plus more for serving
- 2 cups milk
- 2 ounces brandy (optional)
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl, whisk together eggs and sugar until light in color and sugar is dissolved.
- 2 whisk in vanilla, nutmeg, milk and brandy, if using.
- 3 strain into a small pitcher and chill.
- 4 pour into glasses and sprinkle with additional nutmeg.
