Ingredients
- 8 cups jam or 8 cups jelly, un-set
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup liquid pectin (such as certo)
Recipe
- 1 place the un-jelled mixture in a saucepan.
- 2 add 1/2 cup sugar.
- 3 bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- 4 then add 1/2 cup of lemon juice and 1/2 cup liquid pectin.
- 5 return the mixture to a boil.
- 6 boil for 4 minutes only.
- 7 pour into freshly washed & sterilized hot jars.
- 8 seal with lid or wax.
