Homemade Blinis

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- salt and pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 sift the flour and baking powder into a mixing bowl.
- 2 beat the eggs and yogurt in another bowl. pour into the flour mixture and mix well. season to taste.
- 3 leave the mixture to chill in the refrigerator for one hour.
- 4 drop one tablespoon amounts of the batter into an oiled and heated non-stick skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- 5 when small holes form on the surface of the blinis, turn them over and cook for a further minute.
