Ingredients
- 2 large bananas
- 6 ounces cans frozen apple-grape juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted.
- 1 cup low-fat milk
- 1/2 cup soft tofu (optional)
Recipe
- 1 slice bananas into 1 inch pieces, freeze on baking tins.
- 2 blend frozen bananas with all other ingredients until smooth.
- 3 serve immediately.
- 4 you may like to experiment with other fruits.
