Round Steak Barbecue

Ingredients

• 1 1/2-2 lbs round steaks, cut 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 2 teaspoons salt or 2 teaspoons seasoning salt
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 1/2 cup water
• 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
• 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
• 1 cup tomato sauce

Recipe

• 1 cut meat into servicg pieces.
• 2 in large skillet, brown meat in hot oil.
• 3 stir in remaining ingredients.
• 4 simmer covered, 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until meat is tender.
