Round Steak Supreme

Ingredients

- 2 -3 lbs round steaks (cut up into bite size pieces)
- 2 tablespoons margarine or 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 whole bunch celery, chopped
- 2 medium onions (diced)
- 2 green peppers (diced)
- 2 (4 1/2 ounce) cans mushroom pieces, drained (save liquid)
- 4 (10 3/4 ounce) cans tomato soup
- 1 (6 ounce) can pitted black olives (sliced)
- 1 cup water

Recipe
- 1 cut up round steak and brown with margarine in large pan.
- 2 add celery, onion, green pepper and mushrooms (drained), cover and cook on medium until tender,about 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
- 3 add tomato soup,water,sliced black olives,juice from mushrooms,pepper. stir well.
- 4 simmer uncovered for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
- 5 serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
