Round Steak Recipes All Dressed Up

Ingredients

- 1 lb round steak
- 1/4 cup sweet onion, chopped
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- fresh ground pepper
- 2 cups freshly chopped spinach
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- merlot
- 1/2 cup portabella mushroom
Recipe
- 1 pound beef with meat mallet.
- 2 sprinkle salt & pepper, onion, garlic and spinach meat.
- 3 roll meat and fasten with toothpicks.
- 4 brown meat in olive oil in skillet.
- 5 cover with water cook for two hours or until tender.
- 6 remove steak, set aside. add merlot and mushrooms to gravy and reduce to thicken.
- 7 drizzle gravy over beef, serve immediately with brown rice and steamed carrots.
