Round Steak Recipes All Dressed Up

Ingredients

• 1 lb round steak
• 1/4 cup sweet onion, chopped
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 tablespoon sea salt
• fresh ground pepper
• 2 cups freshly chopped spinach
• 1 tablespoon garlic
• merlot
• 1/2 cup portabella mushroom

Recipe

• 1 pound beef with meat mallet.
• 2 sprinkle salt & pepper, onion, garlic and spinach meat.
• 3 roll meat and fasten with toothpicks.
• 4 brown meat in olive oil in skillet.
• 5 cover with water cook for two hours or until tender.
• 6 remove steak, set aside. add merlot and mushrooms to gravy and reduce to thicken.
• 7 drizzle gravy over beef, serve immediately with brown rice and steamed carrots.
