Round Steak Crock Pot Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 lbs round steaks
- garlic powder
- ground black pepper
- 1 (10 ounce) bag frozen chopped onions or 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 (10 ounce) can ro-tel tomatoes (1-2 cans) or 1 (10 ounce) can hunts diced tomatoes, drained (1-2 cans)
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cut in chunks
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen green beans, thawed and drained
- 1 (10 ounce) can condensed tomato soup, undiluted
Recipe
- 1 sprinkle round steak pieces with garlic powder and ground pepper to taste.
- 2 place in crock pot.
- 3 place potatoes, onions, and green beans on top of beef.
- 4 put tomatoes and tomato soup on top.
- 5 cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
- 6 for last 1/2 hour remove cover and turn to high.
