Rockin' Light Taco Salad 4 Ww Pts

Ingredients

  • 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 2/3 cup fat-free vegetarian chili
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/4 cup shredded fat-free cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons nonfat sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped black olives
  • 6 baked corn tortilla chips, crushed

Recipe

  • 1 prepare chili as directed.
  • 2 place lettuce in a big bowl.
  • 3 top with tomatoes, chili and cheese.,then add the olives and sour cream.
  • 4 finish off with the crushed tortilla chips.
