- 2/3 cup fat-free vegetarian chili
- 1/4 cup chopped tomato
- 1/4 cup shredded fat-free cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons nonfat sour cream
- 1 tablespoon chopped black olives
- 6 baked corn tortilla chips, crushed
Recipe
- 1 prepare chili as directed.
- 2 place lettuce in a big bowl.
- 3 top with tomatoes, chili and cheese.,then add the olives and sour cream.
- 4 finish off with the crushed tortilla chips.
