- 3 lbs round steaks
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed golden mushroom soup
- 1 large onion, sliced
Recipe
- 1 place the raw round steak in roaster. pour soups over steak. add onion. bake at 300 for 2-1/2 to 3 hours. the soups make a delicious gravy. serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
- 2 note: do not season the meat, the soups do the seasoning for you.
