Rocky Road Fudge

Total Time: 22 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 7 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 12 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Recipe

  • 1 combine butter, evaporated milk, sugar, and salt in a medium saucepan.
  • 2 bring to a hard boil for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • 3 remove from heat.
  • 4 stir in the chocolate until melted and smooth.
  • 5 fold in the almonds and marshmallows.
  • 6 pour into an 8 by 8-inch square baking pan.
  • 7 chill until firm, about 2 to 4 hours.
  • 8 cut into 12 squares.
