Roberg's Fast Tomato Soup

Total Time: 22 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 160 g tomato paste
  • 70 g margarine
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 2 liters water
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons chicken soup powder

Recipe

  • 1 melt the margarine.
  • 2 add the tomato paste and fry it.
  • 3 add the flour and the water and bring to a boil.
  • 4 cook for 15 minutes.
  • 5 add the spices and serve.
  • 6 options to add: cooked rice, egg drops, sour cream, or dill.
