- 160 g tomato paste
- 70 g margarine
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 2 liters water
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons chicken soup powder
Recipe
- 1 melt the margarine.
- 2 add the tomato paste and fry it.
- 3 add the flour and the water and bring to a boil.
- 4 cook for 15 minutes.
- 5 add the spices and serve.
- 6 options to add: cooked rice, egg drops, sour cream, or dill.
