Roasted Vegetables

Total Time: 2 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 4 onions
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 10 ounces frozen green beans
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chicken soup powder or 1 tablespoon onion soup mix
  • 1 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cut all veggies into strips.
  • 2 mix all ingredients in a bowl. pour into a baking pan, and cook on high (200c) for 1/2 hour.
  • 3 lower temperature to 160c and leave at least an hour and a half.
