Rustic Jicama Appetizer W/ Red Chile & Lime

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 lb jicama
- 2 small cucumbers
- 3 seedless oranges
- 6 radishes, thinly sliced
- 2 limes, juice of (~1/3 c.)
- salt
- 2 teaspoons powdered dried hot chili peppers
- 2/3 cup pickled red onion (optional)
Recipe
- 1 chop up all veggies bite-sized.
- 2 peel and segement orange (i use canned mandarins as a shortcut).
- 3 mix veggies and oranges w/ lime juice in bowl
- 4 let sit for 20 min
- 5 season w/ salt.
- 6 transfer serving platter and drizzle w/ juices.
- 7 top w/ chile powder.
- 8 serve immediately.
