Round Steak Withtomato Gravy

Ingredients

• 1 lb round steak, cut into 8 pieces
• 1 tablespoon oil
• 2 cups water
• 8 ounces tomato sauce
• 1 teaspoon cumin
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 1/4 cup water

Recipe

• 1 brown steak in oil in dutch oven.
• 2 mix water, tomato sauce and seasonings.
• 3 pour over steak; bring to a boil.
• 4 reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 1-1/2 hours.
• 5 mix flour and water; stir into steak.
