Round Cheese Bread

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 1/2 cups biscuit mix
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 in a bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients, batter will be thick.
  • 2 spoon into a greased 8 inch round baking pan.
  • 3 drizzle with butter; sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese.
  • 4 bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • 5 cool for 10 minutes.
  • 6 cut into wedges.
  • 7 serve warm.
