Round Cheese Bread

Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups biscuit mix
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Recipe
- 1 in a bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients, batter will be thick.
- 2 spoon into a greased 8 inch round baking pan.
- 3 drizzle with butter; sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese.
- 4 bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- 5 cool for 10 minutes.
- 6 cut into wedges.
- 7 serve warm.
