Rough Apple Galette

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons flour

  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons ice-cold water
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar, more to taste

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 6 apples, peeled, cored and sliced approximate
  • 1 tablespoon butter (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 pastry.
