Rocky Mountain Coleslaw

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup diced broccoli
- 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/4 cup diced carrot
- 1/4 cup diced tomato
- 1/8 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup green grape
- 8 ounces coleslaw
- 1/4 cup unsalted peanuts
- 1/2 cup miracle whip
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Recipe
- 1 mix all dressing ingredients together.
- 2 add veggies, fruits, and peanuts.
- 3 mix well.
- 4 leave in fridge for at least an hour -- the longer it "sits" in there, the better -- flavor absorption time.
