Rocky Mountain Coleslaw

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup diced broccoli
  • 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced carrot
  • 1/4 cup diced tomato
  • 1/8 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup green grape
  • 8 ounces coleslaw
  • 1/4 cup unsalted peanuts
  • 1/2 cup miracle whip
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Recipe

  • 1 mix all dressing ingredients together.
  • 2 add veggies, fruits, and peanuts.
  • 3 mix well.
  • 4 leave in fridge for at least an hour -- the longer it "sits" in there, the better -- flavor absorption time.
  • 5 chow down babe!
