Ingredients

- 4 flour tortillas (6-inch)
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/3 cup peach preserves
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup packed washed fresh spinach leaves
- 3 ounces thinly sliced turkey breast
Recipe
- 1 spread each tortilla evenly with 1 ounce of cream cheese.
- 2 cover with thin layer of preserves and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- 3 arrange spinach leaves and turkey over cheddar cheese.
- 4 roll up tortillas and trim ends.
- 5 cut crosswise in half or into 1 inch pieces.
- 6 wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
