Rochester Wings

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 3 lbs chicken wings

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients except the chicken wings in a large heavy-duty ziplock bag. add the chicken wings; seal bag securely, and place in a large bowl. marinate in the refrigerator for 8 hours, turning occasionally.
  • 2 remove chicken wings, reserving marinade. place chicken wings in an ungreased 15x10x1 jelly roll pan. bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until done, basting frequently with the reserved marinade. serve warm.
