Robyn's Corn Salad (no Vinegar)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 4 (10 ounce) cans white shoepeg corn
  • 1 cucumber, cored
  • 1/2 medium red onion
  • 1 tablespoon miracle whip
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 strain corn.
  • 2 finely dice cucumber and red onion.
  • 3 gently mix together corn, diced cucumber and red onion, miracle whip, salt and pepper.
  • 4 chill in refrigerator for two hours or overnight. stir before serving.
