Self Crusting Citrus Tart

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh lemon rind
- 2 teaspoons grated orange rind
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 cup milk (not too low fat gives better result)
Recipe
- 1 beat eggs well with sugar.
- 2 add liquid ingredients.
- 3 add flour and coconut and mix well together.
- 4 pour into greased 20 cm pie plate.
- 5 bake at 180 deg c for 45 minutes.
