Seefood Fettuccine Alfredo 438cal

Ingredients
- 1 lb fettuccine pasta
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup green onion, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lb medium shrimp, peeled (i take the tail off too)
- 1 lb sea scallops (fresh or frozen, thawed)
- 2 cups half-and-half cream (found in the milk section)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 lb crabmeat, shell pieces removed (can be imitation)
- 3/4 cup fresh parmesan cheese, shredded, divided
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Recipe
- 1 1. cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. drain.
- 2 2. while pasta cooks, melt butter in a 12 inch nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
- 3 3. add onions and garlic; saute 1 minute or until tender.
- 4 4. add shrimp and scallops; saute 3 minutes or until done.
- 5 5. reduce heat to meium low. add half-and-half, salt, pepper, and crabmeat.
- 6 6. cook 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring constantly (do not boil).
- 7 7. sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese over seafood mixture, stirring constantly.
- 8 8. cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- 9 9. remove from heat.
- 10 10. combine pasta and seafood mixture in a large bowl.
- 11 11. top with 1/4 cup cheese and parsley.
