Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped peeled mango
- 1 cup ice
- 1/4 cup grape juice
- 2 ounces rum
- 2 tablespoons peach schnapps
- 1 teaspoon superfine sugar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Recipe
- 1 add all the ingredients to the container of an electric blender.
- 2 note-may need to add slightly more than 1 cup of ice to get a good slushy texture.
- 3 blend until smooth.
- 4 pour into a chilled wine glass.
